Tap Flipboard on the Applications screen.

To start your Flipboard in Galaxy S4, flick up on the greeting page, select news topics, and then tap Done. Select a cover story or a topic, flick through the Flipboard pages, and then select an article to
read.
While reading an article, use the following icons:

View others’ comments about the article. -
Share the article with others.
