Tap S Translator on the Applications screen.

Set the source and target languages, enter text in the input field, and then tap
To add a language pair to your favourites list, tap
To send a language pair to others, tap
Starting a conversation with the translator in Galaxy S4
Tap the buttons at the bottom of the screen to communicate with another person via spoken translation.
Tap Speak for your language, and then speak into the microphone. Galaxy S4 will translate what you say. Tap
Then, tap Speak for the language of the person you are talking with and let the person reply in their language. Galaxy S4 will translate what they say. Tap
