My new S4 is not receiving or sending emails from my main email account, which is a road runner account. It initially worked when the phone was set up. Now it isn’t working.
simon says
delete the account and add it again. It could be due to the mail server settings, not necessarily your S4 settings.

My text messages show up in my work e-mail account. How can I undo this??
simon says
This is due to SMS sync with email. You can disable this.
In the Email app, tap the menu key, select Settings, select the email account, scroll down to Server settings, un-check Sync SMS.

I am only receiving junk mail from my road runner account on my Galaxy S4, none of the good emails I want to receive.
simon says
That should be related to your email server settings.

I set up an email accounts and it works fine except my S4 only keeps the messages of the last 24 hours. Where can I change the set up to keep them for a week?
simon says
For each email account, under the sync settings, you can choose period to sync email. You can change it from one day to one month. I think one month is the default setting.
